Training

Trauma Awareness Training is provided to staff across Denbridge. This training is provided at the generic level but is also provided at a bespoke person-centred training level for individuals within our services. Our person centred approach truly embraces our clients needs, values, wants and wishes. Working with professionals, families and education services we support each person to live their best life.

We adopt an integrated person-centred approach to supporting people, using goal achievement. processes to enable us to work with individuals to identify the things they need, the things they want to do and the things they want to achieve; and then tailor the support they need to do these.

We recognise that everyone is unique, so all of the support we provide is individualised and person – centred. This means we take the time to listen and to understand what people want and need, to make sure that everything we do is based around that individual – their choices, their opinions, their likes and dislikes and personal preferences.
