Mental Health

Our wide range of services gives people with mental health conditions the help they need to lead full, active, independent lives. No two people are the same, so we create a personalised pathway that can range from Residential Rehabilitation to Supported Living and Community Outreach.

Learning Disability

We deliver support that promotes recovery, giving people real choice and control over how they want to lead their lives. Our goal is to build confidence and foster independence and resilience. That means really getting to know people we support – how they want to be supported, what they want to achieve in life and what matters to them. To match people’s unique needs, we work with them to understand what a good day – and recovery – looks like to them. This helps us to support them in setting their own short- and long-term goals as their insight grows.

A framework for progress

Every single person we support has an outcome-focused support plan, which looks at how we can work together to turn their aspirations into reality. It might include goals around being healthy, more involved in the community, better connected with family and friends, or learning new skills. We help people develop their own Recovery Toolkit, engage in therapy, establish positive daily routines, re-discover interests and work towards longer-term goals – essential for restoring hope and optimism. This means people can:

  • Understand how their mental health condition impacts their life

  • Recognise warning signs and triggers

  • Develop personalised coping strategies to promote self-management, resilience, and autonomy
